Married on Saturday 16th September 2000 (Elvis wedding) at 12:30 p.m.
Our stay at the Ron Decar's Las Vegas Hotel was truly fantastic. We had a hip
swaying, lip curling good time. Stuff dreams are made of. We will never
forget our wedding.
Thank you!

From David Pearce...
Dear Viva Las Vegas Wedding chapel staff,
We were married at your chapel earlier this month, and had a fantastic
time. The photos your man took turned out so well. I noticed you were
all on British TV this week, and there was one wedding shown at your chapel
(Blue Hawaii style, I think), but I must say I thought ours looked better!
All the best, and thanks for a great wedding.
From Bob Clements...
Hi Guys,
Just saw a program on ITV here in England in which you featured. Wanted
to say it seemed that you really made the couples day for them. Well done
and keep doing it!! :) Especially liked the lady Assistant - so full of
energy and a natural smiler, would have made a great entertainer! :)
Your weddings made the others look staid and boring, if I were getting
married I'd choose you - 32 years married and no interest in changing
partners so no chance. Good luck to you all and uh hu...
From Sara Clifford-Gray...
Dear All,
Sorry this has taken so long, but I just wanted to write and thank you
for making our wedding so very special.
To be totally honest, we really didn't know what to expect, and were quite
apprehensive about it all, but upon our arrival in Las Vegas, we contacted
Shannon who asked us if we would like to view the chapel before the wedding.
When we saw it, we couldn't believe our eyes, it is much bigger than we
thought it would be.
On the day of the wedding, everyone was so nice. Our lady-limo driver,
eased our nerves as she picked us up from the hotel, and when we arrived
at the chapel, well, although we were alone, it felt as if friends were
with us. The staff at the chapel, couldn't have been nicer if they tried.
We have now had our photos developed and they are out of this world. We
weren't expecting "posed" for pictures, we thought the photographer
would just "snap" away during the ceremony. You made us feel
truly special, and like film stars, we can't recommend your chapel enough.
(Shannon, my Mum was upset that I never had a photo taken with you - after
all, you're a TV star over in England!)
We hope to return to Vegas in a few years, maybe retaking our vows in
10 years time.
I must apologize once again for getting a fit of the giggles during the
ceremony, but it was a combination of nerves and excitement which set
me off!
I've watched the video over and over again - is it really only three weeks
since we tied the knot. Every time on the video that our singer starts
singing, I start crying! It was so well sung, a voice from a god - now
every time I hear "Ave Maria" my eyes mist over, and I'm sure
it will stay like that now. One thing that really touched my heart, was
that when he finished the song, he congratulated us, a very genuine gesture,
which just added to our day.
Well, I could go on and on, but I know you're all busy folks, but we both
just wanted to thank you for making our wedding day so special. We just
wish that we could come back and do it every Friday!!!
Take care, best wishes for Christmas, and hope the New Year's Eve party
goes well. We'll be thinking of you on the stroke of midnight.
From Rachel & Alex Sherman...
Dear Elvis, Shannon, limo driver, minister and photographer (sorry we
didn't get your names!),
Alex and I were married by Elvis at your chapel on November 6th and we
just wanted to write and thank you all SO much for the wonderful ceremony,
hospitality and sincerity with which you conducted our wedding.
We have not stopped talking about it since we have been back in England
and everyone who was with us on our fantastic day agreed that it was the
best wedding they had ever been to. I think Alex and I would agree with
that!
We have watched the wedding on the Internet many times, and so have most
of England I think! We are so glad we did that as there were allot of
people who were not able to come with us who now feel they went after
all!
Our honeymoon was spent trekking around the Grand Canyon - who could ask
for more?! Reluctantly we left Las Vegas on November 9th so we are here
in England planning our next trip over!
With love and thanks! xoxoxoxo
